一、產品簡介
本公司生產的智能手(shou)操(cao)器從功(gong)能上分有純(chun)手(shou)操(cao)器和手(shou)自動手(shou)操(cao)器兩種類型,純(chun)手(shou)操(cao)器只(zhi)與電動執(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)器相連(lian)接,通過面(mian)板開關按鍵直接控制執(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)機構的正、反(fan)轉(zhuan),具備手(shou)自動功(gong)能的手(shou)操(cao)器安裝于執(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)器與控制器(調節器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)或(huo)計算機(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制的(de)DCS、PLC系統)之間(jian),當手(shou)操(cao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)處(chu)于手(shou)動狀(zhuang)態(tai)時(shi)由手(shou)操(cao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)直接控(kong)(kong)(kong)制執行(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),處(chu)于自動狀(zhuang)態(tai)時(shi)執行(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制權交給控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),來自控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)流、電(dian)(dian)壓信(xin)號轉(zhuan)為(wei)開關(guan)信(xin)號或(huo)隔離(li)的(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)流、電(dian)(dian)壓信(xin)號,控(kong)(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)動執行(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)或(huo)電(dian)(dian)氣閥(fa)(fa)門定(ding)位器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動作。從控(kong)(kong)(kong)制信(xin)號類型(xing)(xing)上手(shou)操(cao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)分D型(xing)(xing)和Q型(xing)(xing)兩種(zhong)類型(xing)(xing),D型(xing)(xing)手(shou)操(cao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內(nei)含伺服放(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),通過人工按動面板的(de)按鍵來控(kong)(kong)(kong)制DKJ等系列電(dian)(dian)動執行(xing)(xing)(xing)機(ji)構的(de)正、反轉(zhuan);Q型(xing)(xing)輸出0-10mA或(huo)0(4)-20mA控(kong)(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)流,控(kong)(kong)(kong)制內(nei)含伺服放(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)子型(xing)(xing)執行(xing)(xing)(xing)機(ji)構或(huo)電(dian)(dian)氣閥(fa)(fa)門定(ding)位器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。
二、主要特(te)點(dian)
D型(xing)(xing)智能(neng)手(shou)操器內(nei)含(han)伺服放大器,直接(jie)驅動DKJ等(deng)由(you)電(dian)源正,反(fan)開關控(kong)(kong)制的(de)執(zhi)行機(ji)構。 Q型(xing)(xing)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)輸出(chu)隔離型(xing)(xing)控(kong)(kong)制電(dian)流(liu)、電(dian)壓信(xin)號,其(qi)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)、電(dian)壓信(xin)號的(de)高隔離性可(ke)(ke)保證對被控(kong)(kong)執(zhi)行機(ji)構進行控(kong)(kong)制穩(wen)定。 可(ke)(ke)設(she)(she)置閥(fa)位限幅(fu)幅(fu)值,確保執(zhi)行器在設(she)(she)定的(de)安(an)全閥(fa)位范(fan)圍內(nei)安(an)全運轉。可(ke)(ke)設(she)(she)置閥(fa)位控(kong)(kong)制動作(zuo)靈敏(min)度,防止執(zhi)行器頻(pin)繁動作(zuo),以(yi)保證執(zhi)行器的(de)使用(yong)壽命。 具備手(shou)/自(zi)動切換功能(neng),廣泛適用(yong)于計算機(ji),調(diao)節器或DCS、PLC等(deng)自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)制系統。 具備手(shou)自(zi)動狀態繼(ji)電(dian)器輸出(chu)。 閥(fa)位反(fan)饋信(xin)號可(ke)(ke)以(yi)為電(dian)流(liu)、電(dian)壓,可(ke)(ke)變(bian)電(dian)阻(zu)等(deng)多種(zhong)形(xing)式輸入,適用(yong)于各類(lei)執(zhi)行器。
三、產品描述:
1、輸(shu)入(ru)信號自(zi)由選擇(ze)。過程量(liang)、控(kong)制(zhi)量(liang)、閥位反饋(kui)三重顯示(shi)。可進行開方及小信號切除(chu)。
2、開(kai)機(ji)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)或開(kai)機(ji)手(shou)動(dong)(dong)方(fang)式(shi)選(xuan)擇(開(kai)機(ji)手(shou)動(dong)(dong)輸出值可預(yu)置)。
3、兩個遠(yuan)程(cheng)手動功(gong)(gong)能。(EM1,EM2遠(yuan)程(cheng)手動功(gong)(gong)能)
4、DFD的操(cao)(cao)作臺(tai)硬手操(cao)(cao)功(gong)能(neng)和DFQ的遠(yuan)程(cheng)手自動切換功(gong)能(neng)。
