如何保養電磁流量計的電極 |

電(dian)磁(ci)流量(liang)計如果測量(liang)的介(jie)質長期比(bi)較污(wu)濁,那么電(dian)磁(ci)流量(liang)計在工作一段時間后,電(dian)極(ji)上九會(hui)產生結(jie)垢。當(dang)結(jie)垢物質的電(dian)導率(lv)和被測介(jie)質的電(dian)導率(lv)不(bu)同(tong)時,就會(hui)帶來(lai)丈量(liang)誤差。污(wu)泥、油污(wu)對電(dian)極(ji)的附著,也會(hui)使儀(yi)表輸出發(fa)生擺(bai)動和漂移。因此,在這(zhe)種情況下我們就需(xu)要定期對電(dian)磁(ci)流量(liang)計電(dian)極(ji)進(jin)行維護與清洗。
1、對無機物(wu)污染,可將電極浸入0.1mol/L稀鹽酸中(zhong)(zhong)30分鐘,用(yong)純水清(qing)洗,再浸入3.5MOL/L氯化鉀溶液中(zhong)(zhong)浸泡6小(xiao)時后使用(yong)。
2、4%氟化氫溶液(ye)中浸(jin)3~5s,取出用蒸餾水沖洗,然后在0.1mol/L的鹽酸溶液(ye)中浸(jin)泡數小時,用蒸餾水沖洗干凈,標定。
3 、鉑金表面污染嚴重形成氧化膜,可用(yong)牙膏對鉑或金表面進行(xing)拋光,然后用(yong)純水清(qing)洗(xi),再浸入3.5MOL/L氯化鉀溶液中浸泡6小時(shi)后使用(yong)。
4、對有機油(you)污和油(you)膜污染,可用(yong)洗滌劑清(qing)洗鉑或金表面后(hou)用(yong)純(chun)水(shui)清(qing)洗,再浸入3.5MOL/L氯(lv)化鉀溶液中浸泡(pao)6小時后(hou)用(yong)。
電(dian)磁流(liu)量計電(dian)極(ji)清洗方法(fa)有以下幾種:
1.電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)學(xue)方法 金屬電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解質流(liu)體中存在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)學(xue)現(xian)象(xiang)。根據電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)學(xue)原(yuan)理,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)與流(liu)體存在(zai)界面(mian)(mian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)與流(liu)體的(de)(de)(de)界面(mian)(mian)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)/流(liu)體相間存在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)雙(shuang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)層所引起的(de)(de)(de)。對于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)與流(liu)體界面(mian)(mian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)研究(jiu)發(fa)現(xian)物質的(de)(de)(de)分子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)、原(yuan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)或離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)在(zai)界面(mian)(mian)具(ju)有富集或貧乏的(de)(de)(de)吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)現(xian)象(xiang),而且發(fa)現(xian)大多數(shu)無機陰(yin)離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)是表面(mian)(mian)活(huo)性物質,具(ju)有典型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)規(gui)律,而無機陽離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de)表面(mian)(mian)活(huo)性很(hen)小(xiao)。因此電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)學(xue)清洗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)僅考慮陰(yin)離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)(de)情況。陰(yin)離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de)吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位有密切(qie)關系,吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)主要(yao)發(fa)生在(zai)比零電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位更正的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位范圍,即帶(dai)異號(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)表面(mian)(mian)。在(zai)同號(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)表面(mian)(mian)上,當剩余(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷密度稍大時,靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)斥(chi)力(li)大于吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)作用力(li),陰(yin)離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)很(hen)快就(jiu)脫附(fu)(fu)(fu)了(le),這就(jiu)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)學(xue)清洗的(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)理。
2.機(ji)(ji)械清除(chu)(chu)法 機(ji)(ji)械清除(chu)(chu)法是通過在(zai)順(shun)儀牌(pai)電磁(ci)流量計電極(ji)上安裝特(te)殊的機(ji)(ji)械結構來實現電極(ji)清除(chu)(chu)。目(mu)前有(you)兩種形式:一種是采(cai)用機(ji)(ji)械刮(gua)除(chu)(chu)器。用不銹鋼制成(cheng)一把(ba)帶有(you)細(xi)軸的刮(gua)刀(dao),通過空(kong)心電極(ji)把(ba)刮(gua)刀(dao)引出,細(xi)軸和空(kong)心電極(ji)之間(jian)采(cai)用機(ji)(ji)械密(mi)封以(yi)防止介質外(wai)流,于是組成(cheng)了機(ji)(ji)械刮(gua)除(chu)(chu)器。當(dang)從(cong)外(wai)面(mian)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)細(xi)軸時候,刮(gua)刀(dao)緊貼電極(ji)端平面(mian)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong),刮(gua)除(chu)(chu)污垢。這種刮(gua)除(chu)(chu)器可以(yi)手動(dong)(dong),也可以(yi)用馬達(da)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)細(xi)軸自動(dong)(dong)刮(gua)除(chu)(chu),操作方便。另一種是在(zai)管(guan)狀電(dian)極中,裝上清(qing)除污垢用的鋼(gang)絲(si)刷,軸(zhou)裹在(zai)密封的“O”形圈里,以防止(zhi)流體泄露(lu)。這種清(qing)洗裝置需要(yao)有人(ren)經(jing)常拉(la)動鋼(gang)絲(si)刷來清(qing)洗電(dian)極,操作起來不是很(hen)方(fang)便。 3.超聲(sheng)波(bo)清洗方法(fa) 將超聲(sheng)波(bo)發生器(qi)產生的45~65kHz的超聲(sheng)波(bo)電(dian)壓加(jia)到電(dian)極上,使超聲(sheng)波(bo)的能量集(ji)中(zhong)在(zai)電(dian)極 與(yu)介質接觸(chu)面上,從而利用(yong)超聲波的能力將污(wu)垢擊碎,達到清洗的目的。 4.電(dian)(dian)擊穿法 這種方法使用(yong)交流高壓電(dian)(dian)定(ding)期加(jia)到電(dian)(dian)極和介質之間(jian),一般加(jia)30~100V。由于(yu)電(dian)(dian)極被(bei)附著(zhu)(zhu),其(qi)表面接(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)變大,所加(jia)電(dian)(dian)壓幾乎集中(zhong)在附著(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)上,高電(dian)(dian)壓會(hui)將(jiang)附著(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)擊穿,然后被(bei)流體(ti)沖走。總安全出發,使用(yong)電(dian)(dian)擊穿法必須(xu)是在流量計中(zhong)斷丈量、傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)與轉換器(qi)(qi)間(jian)信號線(xian)斷開、停(ting)電(dian)(dian)情況下將(jiang)交流高壓電(dian)(dian)直接(jie)在傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi) 信號輸(shu)出端子(zi)上進行清洗。
