電磁(ci)繼(ji)電器的(de)工作原(yuan)理是這樣的(de):當線(xian)圈通(tong)電以后(hou),鐵心被磁(ci)化產生足夠大的(de)電磁(ci)力,吸動銜鐵并(bing)帶動簧片,使(shi)動觸(chu)點(dian)和靜觸(chu)點(dian)閉(bi)合或分開;當線(xian)圈斷電后(hou),電磁(ci)吸力消失,銜鐵返回原(yuan)來(lai)的(de)位置,動觸(chu)點(dian)和靜觸(chu)點(dian)又(you)恢復到原(yuan)來(lai)閉(bi)合或分開的(de)狀態。應用時只要(yao)把需要(yao)控制(zhi)的(de)電路接(jie)到觸(chu)點(dian)上,就可利用繼(ji)電器達到控制(zhi)的(de)目的(de)。
下面就電(dian)磁繼電(dian)器(qi)的特性(xing)參數、類型符號及(ji)應(ying)用原則作一簡要的介紹。 特性參(can)數(shu):電(dian)磁繼(ji)電(dian)器的主要(yao)特性參(can)數(shu)有以下幾(ji)個:1.額定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓或(huo)額定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流:這是指繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器工(gong)作時線圈需要的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流。一種型(xing)號(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)構造大體是相同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)。為了適應不同(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路應用,一種型(xing)號(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器通(tong)常有(you)多種額定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓或(huo)額定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,并用規格型(xing)號(hao)(hao)加以區(qu)別。 2.直流電阻:這是指線(xian)圈的直流電阻。有些(xie)產品說明(ming)書(shu)中給出(chu)(chu)額定(ding)工作(zuo)(zuo)電壓和直流電阻,這時(shi)可根(gen)據歐姆(mu)定(ding)律求出(chu)(chu)額定(ding)工作(zuo)(zuo)電流。若已知額定(ding)工作(zuo)(zuo)電流和直流電阻,亦可求出(chu)(chu)額定(ding)工作(zuo)(zuo)電壓。 3.吸合電(dian)(dian)流(liu):它是指繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器能夠產生吸合動作的最(zui)小電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。在(zai)實際(ji)使(shi)用中,要使(shi)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器可(ke)靠吸合,給定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)可(ke)以等于(yu)或(huo)略高于(yu)額定(ding)工作電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。一般不要大于(yu)額定(ding)工作電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的1.5倍。否則會燒毀線圈。 4.釋放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu):它(ta)是指繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)產(chan)生釋放動作的(de)(de)最大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。如果(guo)減小處于吸合狀態的(de)(de)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)減小到(dao)一定程(cheng)度時,繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)恢復到(dao)未(wei)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時的(de)(de)狀態,這個過程(cheng)稱為繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)釋放動作。釋放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)比吸合電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)小得多。 5.觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)負(fu)(fu)荷:它是(shi)指繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)允許(xu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓或(huo)電(dian)(dian)流。它決定了繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器能控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓和電(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)大小。應用時不(bu)能用觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)負(fu)(fu)荷小的(de)(de)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器去控(kong)制(zhi)大電(dian)(dian)流或(huo)高電(dian)(dian)壓。例如: JRX-13F電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)負(fu)(fu)荷是(shi) 0.02A× 12V,就不(bu)能用它去控(kong)制(zhi)220V的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)路通斷。 繼電(dian)器的(de)電(dian)符號(hao)和觸(chu)點形式。繼電(dian)器線圈(quan)在電(dian)路中(zhong)用一個(ge)長方(fang)(fang)框(kuang)符號(hao)表示(shi),如果繼電(dian)器有(you)兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)線圈(quan),就畫(hua)兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)并列的(de)長方(fang)(fang)框(kuang)。同(tong)時在長方(fang)(fang)框(kuang)內或長方(fang)(fang)框(kuang)旁標上繼電(dian)器的(de)文字符號(hao)“J”。繼電(dian)器的(de)觸(chu)點有(you)兩(liang)(liang)種(zhong)表示(shi)方(fang)(fang)法:一種(zhong)是把它們直接畫(hua)在長方(fang)(fang)框(kuang)一側,這種(zhong)表示(shi)法較為直觀。另(ling)一種(zhong)是按(an)照(zhao)電(dian)路連接的(de)需要,把各(ge)(ge)個(ge)觸(chu)點分別畫(hua)到各(ge)(ge)自(zi)的(de)控(kong)制電(dian)路中(zhong),通常在同(tong)一繼電(dian)器的(de)觸(chu)點與線圈(quan)旁分別標注上相同(tong)的(de)文字符號(hao),并將(jiang)觸(chu)點組編(bian)上號(hao)碼,以示(shi)區別。
繼電器(qi)的觸點有三種基(ji)本形式: 1.動合型(H型)線圈不通電時兩觸點是斷(duan)開的,通電后,兩個觸點就閉合。以合字的拼音字頭“H”表示。2.動斷(duan)型(xing)(D型(xing))線圈不通電時(shi)兩(liang)觸點(dian)(dian)是閉合的,通電后兩(liang)個觸點(dian)(dian)就斷(duan)開。用斷(duan)字的拼音字頭“D”表示。這種觸點(dian)(dian)組共有三個觸點(dian)(dian),即中(zhong)間(jian)是動觸點(dian)(dian),上下各一個靜(jing)觸點(dian)(dian)。 線(xian)圈(quan)不通電(dian)時,動觸(chu)(chu)點和其中一個靜觸(chu)(chu)點斷開(kai)和另一個閉合,線(xian)圈(quan)通電(dian)后,動觸(chu)(chu)點就移動,使原來斷開(kai)的成閉合,原來閉合的成斷開(kai)狀態(tai),達到轉換的目的。這樣的觸(chu)(chu)點組稱為(wei)轉換觸(chu)(chu)點。用“轉”字的拼音(yin)字頭“z”表(biao)示。 此(ci)外,一(yi)(yi)個繼電器還可(ke)以(yi)有一(yi)(yi)個或(huo)多個觸點(dian)組(zu),但均不外乎(hu)以(yi)上三種形式。在電路圖中,觸點(dian)和觸點(dian)組(zu)的畫法,規定(ding)一(yi)(yi)律是按不通(tong)電時(shi)的狀態畫出。 相關(guan)氧化(hua)鋯,氧化(hua)鋯氧量分(fen)析儀, 磁(ci)翻板液位計, 電(dian)磁(ci)流量計,渦(wo)輪流量計,孔板流量計等產品的技(ji)術說(shuo)明,請(qing)見智(zhi)瑞科(ke)技(ji)官方網站. |
